Motor Vehicle Injuries:
Being involved in a motor vehicle crash can be a traumatic experience, not just physically but also emotionally. At Kelvale we have experience of managing injuries that do not require admission to hospital as well as managing patients after discharge from hospital.
At Kelvale we will help you to recover from your injuries, assist you in recovering from the emotional effects of an accident, and help you with the necessary documents for your claim.
We guarantee to document the details of the injuries sustained and provide timely reports to the Insurance Commission.
The Insurance Commission is not liable to pay or reimburse any medical costs until your personal injury claim has been accepted. However, if the claim is not accepted then medical bills will be covered by the Medicare rebate for these services.
