Online Bookings:

Patients may book their appointments online via the secure HotDoc website, using any of the BOOK ONLINE links.

Booking is easy.

Click the "Book Online Now" link below and simply select the time and day you wish to book an appointment on, or select a provider and see available appointment times.

If booking through the HotDoc App, first find Kelvale Medical Group and add to your favourites. Then select a provider you wish to book in with and select an available appointment time.

After hours appointments are also available to book online.

If there are no available appointments online please feel free to call.

Walk-ins will be accommodated where possible.

How It Works:

Online Bookings can be made on your smartphone, tablet or personal computer.

When you use online bookings for the first time you will need to provide some basic details including your:

  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Appointment Type
  • Health Insurance (Y/N)
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Street Address

You will also need to state whether you are already a patient at this practice: Previously Attended (Yes/No).

These details are for the booking system only - your health and medical details remain accessible only to the practice.

Telehealth

To be eligible for a Telehealth Appointment, patients MUST have been seen face to face at the practice in the previous 12 months.

Your Appointment:

What happens after booking?

When you complete your booking, you will receive an email confirming your booking details. If you have entered a mobile number you will also receive an sms reminder.

At this stage, you have a confirmed booking. This is the same as if you had called the practice and made an appointment by phone.

Cancellations:

If you are unable to attend please let reception know so that the appointment can be offered to another patient.

Failure to attend an appointment may incur a fee.

Our NEW HOURS effective from Monday 30th March.

Appointments can be booked during opening hours:

  • Mon to Fri - 8am to 5pm
  • Sat - 9am to 2pm
  • Sun - CLOSED until further notice
  • P/Hols - CLOSED until further notice

Walk in Patients will always be accommodated where possible.

If you require an extended appointment due to multiple medical problems or an examination for insurance, superannuation, driving medical, worker compensation, motor vehicle accident, etc. please phone and advise reception.

Also please make a separate booking for each family member to be seen.

We have adopted the following practices when pricing our services to maintain our quality standards but also make access to healthcare as affordable as possible:

Aged Pension Card holders, DVA Card holders and Child Immunisations are Bulk-billed.

For all other patients there is a small charge in excess of the Medicare rebate.
